This is a great South Philly Mexican restaurant. The food and the staff are very good. The best part is the bar. This is a hidden gem for Mezcal and Tequila lovers and they make delicious cocktails. Worth the trip to check it out.

Cutest Mexican spot and AMAZING drinks! Our server Oscar is so sweet and very knowledgeable about the fresh ingredients used for both drinks and food! Hibiscus margarita with spiced salt rim and mint garnish! Mmmm delish!

Ate here tonight and the whole experience was delightful! Nachos w chorizo and mole enchiladas were. Also got the flan and almost ordered a second, it was amazing. The bartender was v attentive and friendly. I’ll be back to this place regularly.

We loved this place. Food was really good. Had the nachos which have tons of lettuce and sour cream drizzled. I love having some greenery on my nachos. Enchiladas suizas were very good. Loved the atmosphere. Bar is adorable. Music was great.

Frida Cantina is the type of spot I go to when I want to feel like I'm at home but don't want to cook. Never too crowded, but always a few others and the friendliest servers. Food is reliable and affordable and the drinks are delicious.
